North West regional college housing projects

Project Description: 

Affordable rental suites for students attending the North West Post-Secondary Centre in Meadow Lake. Project included two buildings with eight two-story townhouses and one two-story apartment with 24 units - 40 units total. Concrete grade beam and wood-frame construction with James Hardie Siding. Full landscaping and parking lot also included.
