Westgate Heights Attainable Housing is operated by Westgate Alliance Church Inc. It provides low-income housing to families in need. This portion of the project includes 4-story, 40-unit apartment. The project has concrete basements and wood frame construction with vinyl siding. Full parking lot and landscaping included. WHAH is part of the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program with Saskatoon Police Service.
